Get Fishing Maidstone

Today we have been out supporting Maidstone Victory Angling Society at the Get into Fishing event. This was the first of six sessions, over various locations to introduce the young people to different fishing environments. The fishing club was looking for a way to introduce young people to angling and to encourage them to become members of the club to keep it going for years to come. Fishing was hard but some nice tench and bream were caught along with roach and perch. The next session is 17th June at the Great Danes hotel and can be booked through our events page.
